    Electric service is limited and not included in the basic booth fee. Requests for electric service should be made at the time of application and are on a first come, first served. Additional fees will apply depending on needs. Services of the fair electrician are between the vendor and electrician.

    Vendors must provide their own liability insurance, with an A-rated insurance company or better by AM Best & Co. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) from the vendor’s insurance company evidencing liability insurance coverage in an amount not less than One Million U.S. Dollars ($1,000,000.00) for any single occurrence and naming Loudoun Fair & Associates, Inc. as both additional insured and certificate holder, coverage must be on a primary and noncontributory basis and waive subrogation in favor of Loudoun Fair & Associates, Inc. (Occurrence forms only; no Claims Made policies or certificates will be accepted.) Please provide this information to your insurance agent to insure correct COI will be issued.
